Titusville Lodge re-elected Robert Beauchat to serve as Exalted Ruler. This is the first time since the late 1930's that an Exalted Ruler was chosen to serve two consecutive terms. In the 2007–08 Lodge year, Beauchat reached all established goals in fundraising and membership gain. Titusville Elks Lodge #264 hosted the Installation of Officers for both the Titusville and Erie Elks Lodge. The event was coordinated by Past Exalted Ruler Wayne Quimby. Past Exalted Rulers from the two Lodges conducted the ceremony.
