Elks' Officer of the Year Announced

Past Exalted Ruler Carolyn Phenicie has been selected as "Officer of the Year" for 2007–08. Phenicie, who was selected for the award by the Past Exalted Rulers Association, has been a Lodge member for eight years. She currently serves as Lodge Esquire, and is Editor of the Lodge Newsletter, Public Relations chairwoman for both the local Lodge and the PA Northwest District Elks, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Past Exalted Rulers Association.
