Eleven "Littles" from the Big Brother and Sisters organization were presented season swimming passes for Burgess Park on behalf of the Titusville Elks Lodge. The monies came from the Elks National Foundation in the form of a Gratuity Grant to the Lodge for reaching their ENF per capita goal. On hand for the presentation was Nancy Roeder of Big Brothers and Sisters, Robert Beauchat, Exalted Ruler of the Elks Lodge and some of the recipients.

The youth were special guests at the Elks Youth Day picnic and presented the Lodge with a large Thank you poster.
