Robert Beauchat, out-going Exalted Ruler of Titusville Elks Lodge rewarded outstanding volunteers with recognition and accolades at the Elks' March Lodge Meeting. Margaret Fiely was named as Citizen of the Year for outstanding commitment to the Community. Fiely, a well-know personality in our area, volunteers countless hours for the betterment of our community.

Bill Beck and Jay Roblee were awarded Citations from the Grand Lodge Exalted Ruler for their outstanding commitment to Elkdom. Beck and Roblee each donated their time and talent to the Lodge in various fundraisers.

Elks of the Year, selected by Lodge members, was Jill Dowling. Dowling, who has cheerfully taken on many tasks during her membership, exemplifies what Elkdom is all about.

Shawn Marsh, who currently serves as Esteemed Leading Knight, was named Officer of the Year. Marsh, 2008-2009 chair-person of the Youth Activities Committee and the Soccer Shoot program, donated many hours to further these programs.

Beauchat also presented PDDGER Timothy McCandless, Elks National Foundation Chairman, a citation and pin for the Lodge reaching their ENF per-capita goal. Photo Caption:
